Bring a better question
to the discussion.
Add a source, compare an assumption or ask the author what would change the argument. FoodEdge member discussions sit beside the articles they concern.
Start with a question you are working on.
You can read the analysis openly. A verified FoodEdge member account is needed to comment, reply or react. Use the Discussion panel at the end of an article.
A useful contribution makes the evidence clearer.
Say which claim you are discussing, explain your question and link to a source where possible. Distinguish an observation from an interpretation. Disclose a relevant commercial interest.
Respect the people behind the work.
Critique methods and ideas. Keep private contact details, confidential information, personal health information and promotional spam out of discussions. Editorial moderation may remove contributions that break these rules.
One publication account, article-led discussion.
This is a place for member comments and replies, not a separate chat service or an open member directory. Reply notifications can be controlled in your member account. Expert sessions and events will show named participants, an agenda, access terms and any fee when they are confirmed.
