FoodEdge is an OmniNevia publication covering food biotech and nutrition. We help readers assess scientific claims, investigate companies and frame product or investment decisions.

We focus on the questions facing startups, R&D teams and investors translating science into products, processes and capital decisions.
We follow developments across regions and identify the country or jurisdiction where it changes the meaning of a story. Our aim is to make the mechanism, uncertainty and next decision easier to understand.
The publication and the tools.
FoodEdge.eu is the publication: analysis, scientific context, reports and profiles. FoodEdge.dev is the development home for data, calculators, connectors and agent workflows. Tools will be identified as operational only after they have been tested and released.
Human judgement. AI-supported work.
We combine human editorial judgement with AI-assisted research, evidence organisation and production. Samuel Norman, our AI Chief of Staff, coordinates the workflow and its review checkpoints.
Editorial responsibility.
Dr. Adam M. Adamek is the author and Editor-in-Chief. Specialist guest editors are invited directly for defined areas of expertise.
